Cilantro Cake:
2 handfuls of fresh cilantro (de-stemmed by hand)
5 – green grapes squashed
8 – baby carrots
½ C. Milk
½ C. Lime juice (complements of Sous Chef Eliza)
Handful chocolate chips
1 C flour
¼ C brown sugar
½ C white sugar
4T baking soda
2T salt
Mix it well and bake at 350 for 25 minutes and enjoy!
